Great place to get kids glasses. The prices are reasonable and the glasses are high quality. They also offer a warranty on glasses which is great for young kids who wear glasses. My daughter broke her frames so they ordered new ones and put her lenses in for us. It didn’t cost anything because we had the warranty. The people who work here are always really nice too!
I like to say I was pleased with Waterville i was on my way to Farmington and Change my mind and go to Waterville the tech was very Pleasant and look up my info I like that she found out I was not getting what I ask for I just got my eye exam and soon have my new Glasses P S also had me in there system from my first visit
I personally think you guys are great
Generally nice people but I guess don't catch them when they're busy. Called to check on my glasses got hung up on then called back spoke to in a somewhat rude fashion and also hung up without notice. Customer service goes beyond just getting your glasses. Yes it's answering customer questions with the same respect as a new customer.
