Absolutely 5 star for Gayle Dreman! She is always thorough and so helpful and sweet! She literally has corrected other eye doctors mistakes for me. Always prompt, always clear, always has given amazing care. She even has proficiently dealt with my autistic son. And he's not an easy one for eye drops! I lost my contact. Called to reorder missing one & asked about a short term alternative contact to get me by. No contact was ever ordered. Doctor is unavailable for any conversation all week. How is it possible that a Walmart employee is dealing with 1 associate not even ordering it, or communicating to Doctor about the urgency in my visual needs, to another associate finally ordering one a week later but not getting a message to the ophthalmologist about a temp replacement. Very good eye exam! Dr Gayle Dramen takes the time and has the Patience to make sure you have the best eye exam possible!
I brought my son here and spent 45 minutes there just to get no answers. The lady doctor didn't seem to know what she was doing. She made both my son and I uncomfortable. I told her that I was frustrated that we got no answers and she proceeded to rip the paper in front of us and said then she won't bill insurance.
Gayle Dramen was friendly and very Through in her exam and explanation so that I understood all that she was telling me. Tech Piper very friendly and helpful to get my old glasses in A serviceable mode until I get my new glasses. Thank you both.
