My first experience there with the optician was bizarre. That's all I can say. Then my wife recounted hers yesterday & explained how flippant he was about a serious eye disease...little empathy. Then I looked at some of the negative reviews here and decided to use a different optometrist & vendor. Added note: a middle-aged man with a beard answered a question I had while I was at Walmart and he was very helpful.
I take my granddaughters to see Dr Aaron. He is very patient and respectful. He is very knowledgeable and gave us some valuable information. Thanks Dr Aaron!

Every time they act like you’re an inconvenience. Excuse me asking a question that YOU should know the answer to
Rude receptionists. Irma is completely unhelpful and short with customers. Megan flat out tells customers, "I don't care." You get what you pay for. Go anywhere else but here. I recommend Sabates Eye Center in walking distance.
