The female that helped me order, neglected to advise me including glare-proof coating to lenses (on TWO pair of glasses) makes them VERY difficult to keep clean and when I called to ask about it, was told it would cost me $180 to change out lenses. WHAT?! I work remotely and do not wear makeup or creams on my face (dry skin) and glasses are FILTHY ALL the time! Do NOT get the glare-proof coating unless you want to clean your glasses CONSTANTLY! And Walmart... TRAIN YOUR PPL BETTER!!
These jokers don't seem to care for their patients. I ordered contacts and was told they would be shipped with in 7 days. Two weeks later called them to find out where they were and found they were not ordered. Then they called me a week after that to inform Me that they no longer make the contact that was ordered. After getting the run around I found out they ordered the wrong contacts anyway. They also will not fix the order over the phone. The manager, Maria, was so nice, sweet and kind to my son and I. She is a consummate professional and just the NICEST person. The entire staff there are exceptional and so easy to work with. My sons lenses got scratched very badly, very quickly. Maria assured us that it was a manufacturing issue and replaced them free of charge under warranty. No hassles or issues whatsoever. No reason for us to go anywhere else. Thank you all so much. Excellent service, well done.
