These jokers don't seem to care for their patients. I ordered contacts and was told they would be shipped with in 7 days. Two weeks later called them to find out where they were and found they were not ordered. Then they called me a week after that to inform Me that they no longer make the contact that was ordered. After getting the run around I found out they ordered the wrong contacts anyway. They also will not fix the order over the phone. The manager, Maria, was so nice, sweet and kind to my son and I. She is a consummate professional and just the NICEST person. The entire staff there are exceptional and so easy to work with. My sons lenses got scratched very badly, very quickly. Maria assured us that it was a manufacturing issue and replaced them free of charge under warranty. No hassles or issues whatsoever. No reason for us to go anywhere else. Thank you all so much. Excellent service, well done.

I have been coming to this location for my eyes for years. Dealing with Alan and Maria (manager) has always been a wonderful experience. I have also seen numerous doctors over the years and have never been disappointed in my experience. But today I took my mother to see a Dr. Scott Schultz. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I called a week ago and he called me back. I asked if he felt he could examine my mother who has advanced alzheimers.
