I had an amazing experience when I went for my eye exam today- from my prescreening, to my exam, to picking out my glasses. Everyone was very patient and every step of the process was explained to me in detail. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was treated with respect and everything went smoothly. The added bonus was that the price for the glasses can't be beat. Amazing customer service and very reasonable pricing...it's a win-win for me!
I went to the Audubon Walmart for glasses. I was seen by optician, Jennifer Beverly. She was very thorough, detailed and patient. I’ve been to some stores where I felt rushed and not given quality time. She did all the measurements and explained the reason behind getting the correct measurements. She helped me choose glasses that would not just look nice but would fit correctly with my prescription. I know I spent at least an hour looking through all the frames (nice and priced right!)
