Hey, Monica was a great sales manager, she helped me get my mother who had Alzheimer's dementia two great pairs of glasses, she was patient and very professional as well, and she spoke highly of her ladies. Now that's saying a lot about her as an encouraging woman. I really appreciate her help in taking care of us at this time at Walmart.
Shvonda at the Walmart Vision Center on FM 1960 was absolutely excellent. She was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and comfortable. Great customer service and a kind attitude go a long way, and she definitely provided both. Thank you again for all your help!
