I called to schedule an appointment so I can get new contacts because I’m out and the girl that answered told me she would not give me samples until my appointment because my prescription was a year old. Mind you, I’ve been coming to the same vision center for 10 years and they’ve always helped me out. When I told her this, she told me she would not. Sat waiting for the Dr for over and hr and a half...... staff was nice but The Dr is in there telling her whole life story to every patient... I wouldn't go back the for a million dollars....
I would appreciate it if y'all would update your system because you do not take human a Medicaid and I don't know why it says you do because that is very frustrating
Absolutely horrible customer service from one woman imparticular that can't handle doing multiple things at once. Every single time i am here or call she goes strait to complaining about how busy she is and how many customers are before me and will put people on hold for prolonged periods of time instead of just politely saying hey I'm in the middle of serving another customer is it okay if I call you back when I am finished I've been expected to wait for more than an hour just to pick up contacts absolutely horrible custome... read more
Doctor and staff were nice. But I felt that the appointment was a little rushed and that's why I also feel like I've got the wrong prescription. I let them know that the lense want right in my right eye immediately and that the bifocal part wasn't very clear and was awkward to read. She asked of I could see the sign behind her, I agreed, yes.
