Art the optometrist seems to have trouble helping certain groups. He helped the Mexicans that were in there. After he helped the Mexicans he rushed right over to help the white person. He didn't even speak to or acknowledge us. He decided to take a phone call instead. After his phone call he then hung up and picked the phone back up again. This time no phone call just holding on to the phone as if he's thinking of dialing another number.
