Here's a shout out to Brandi Dunn, Vision Center Manager. Brandi has superb customer service skills. She is very knowledgeable about the products that are sold. She is very patient with the elderly customers and answers questions thoroughly. Brandi sets an example for all employees to achieve her level of professionalism. I can honestly speak from personal experience as she has assisted my family recently. Brandi is definitely an asset to the Walmart organization.
I've worn glasses/contacts since I was 9 and am now over 50, and have been almost everywhere to get contacts. I absolutely was impressed with the care I received at this location. The doctor was very thorough and worked with me for a few weeks to get the perfect fit for my contacts. The staff was also friendly and helpful. :)
The optometrist is wonderful. Thorough, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful as well. My entire family goes here and we are all pleased with glasses and contact. I would recommend to anyone.
