I had an eye examine and ordered a pair of glasses at the end of February. When they came in, I asked someone to adjust the glasses for my face, and they scratched the lens. Wal Mart then ordered another lens. After waiting, when I went to pick up the new lens, it caused a distortion in my vision that they couldn't help me with that night. I needed new pads and immediate service they were so helpful and nice
I had an appointment I had to cancel due to work commitments that popped up and even though I called to cancel that appointment they didn't mark that I called and won't take an appointment with me now
I won't use again paid for glasses keep making excuses why there not made or no updates so I canceled we t elsewhere got glasses in 5 days not good optical plus took months to get money back that's pathetic they can take your money but returning for there mistake is a problem
