My protective coating on my glasses started peeling off and they said they gave me the most expensive and best one they had and they gave me a prescription higher than what I was supposed to have and I couldn’t adjust them and they said it was a new prescription I just had to get used to them, which was very wrong. I’ll never go back there again
I had an eye examine and ordered a pair of glasses at the end of February. When they came in, I asked someone to adjust the glasses for my face, and they scratched the lens. Wal Mart then ordered another lens. After waiting, when I went to pick up the new lens, it caused a distortion in my vision that they couldn't help me with that night. They made me come back several days later for what they said would be a 15 minute appointment to have it looked it. I needed new pads and immediate service they were so helpful and nice
I had an appointment I had to cancel due to work commitments that popped up and even though I called to cancel that appointment they didn't mark that I called and won't take an appointment with me now
