"DUANE" is indeed a MAN and is exceptionally helpful. Walmart has been unable to FIND a doctor who wants to work there. We have had fantastic service from Abingdon Walmart Vision Center. It is well worth bringing your prescriptions here.
My Experience With These People Wasn't Good At All the First Time I Went For A Eye Exam That Went Well..I Was Prescribed Glasses ...When I got Them the Bifocal Part Was To High in Them 3 Times I Went back For These Issues Realizing I Was Duped I Lost My Money Time An Still Can't See They Ignored Me Made Me Feel Guilty like it's My Fault... Even Their Doctor Actually Left the One Who Examined Me 😔😭😢
7 minutes late... called ahead and ADVISED ID BE 10 MINUTES LATE that was okay... got here and "need to reschedulE you because you are late" THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME. I WOLL NOT RETURN
The worst costumer service ever! “Duane” (which I don’t believe is the woman’s name that I was speaking with) was rude and unhelpful. She would not take my payment over the phone (although I’ve paid over the phone before). She would not validate my prescription because their doctor moved to a new practice and they are not honoring his Rx. She pretty much recommend I go to Katzen because that’s where there doctor was now (another practice!!)
