Duane was EXTREMELY helpful with my boyfriend’s glasses! And very happy to help. Great customer service. This is our go to vision center because of our great experience today.
Duane was top tier , came in with a set of glasses that another Walmart vision center said is a lost cost and he said well let me try and to my surprise he came back with them fixed. Saved me on buying new frames like I intended. Will only be going to this vision center from now on. Thank you again !
I purchased a pair of glasses from this store, and in less than one month of normal use, the frame started to crack where it connects to the lenses, and one of the nose pads fell off. I contacted the store, but was told they could not repair or help because I did not purchase their additional warranty. I believe this is unreasonable. A brand-new pair of glasses should not have structural damage in such a short time, and this appears to be a clear quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. "DUANE" is indeed a MAN and is exceptionally helpful. Walmart has been unable to FIND a doctor who wants to work there. We have had fantastic service from Abingdon Walmart Vision Center. It is well worth bringing your prescriptions here.
