Very caring and thoughtful
I didn't like me 1st pair of glasses so after I got someone else involved merlin did the exchange so today when I picked up my new glasses they were stretched way out so I went over to the shelve and got the exact same pair so then merlin takes the pair that I picked up off the shelve to show him they weren't stretched like that he takes that pair in the back and I thought he switched them out but now that I got home he didn't exchange them out they are extremely stretched. I just got my prescription glasses there and I love them. After a horrid experience with my last place, I was hesitant to try to get my prescription somewhere new. All the people that I dealt with were very nice and answered my questions. This time I got what I ordered and I am pleased.
