I didn't like me 1st pair of glasses so after I got someone else involved merlin did the exchange so today when I picked up my new glasses they were stretched way out so I went over to the shelve and got the exact same pair so then merlin takes the pair that I picked up off the shelve to show him they weren't stretched like that he takes that pair in the back and I thought he switched them out but now that I got home he didn't exchange them out they are extremely stretched. I just got my prescription glasses there and I love them. After a horrid experience with my last place, I was hesitant to try to get my prescription somewhere new. All the people that I dealt with were very nice and answered my questions. This time I got what I ordered and I am pleased.

Merlin was wonderful in helping us find glasses for my 10 year old son. Extremely patient and listened to him as he went through what all he wanted. He really went above and beyond for us! Will be returning for my own glasses asap! 😁
