Good and kind
I'm beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart Vision Center. The staff seemed overwhelmingly unhappy, which set the tone for the entire visit. We arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday to get glasses for my son. A woman named Onita, who had braces, greeted us with an immediate air of annoyance. It was clear from the first moment that she was counting down the minutes until she could go home. Ronald was extremely kind and helpful in helping myself and my mother order our contacts and giving us all the available options Dr. Angel was also very kind and knowledgeable and provided many great suggestions. The place was very clean and organized. Wonderful customer service!
