Last week I decided to go food shopping at Walmart in Garfield. Being unfamiliar with the layout of the store, I asked a Walmart employee where The Meat Dept. was and her answer to me was that she could not speak English. How the hell did she get a job at Walmart if she is unable to communicate with the customers??? I asked a second employee the same question and I received the same answer. Everybody deserves to work but they should be able to speak the same language as the people, they're serving. WHAT A COUNTRY!

The Walmart vision center in Kimball was really great with fitting my 5 year old daughter for glasses. Mrs Juanita was very patient and very helpful. This place has always been my favorite vision center to go to

Woman on the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently there have been multiple complaints about her, but as of yesterday she's still working there. I had an appointment at 1 to have 4 tires put on. She told me it would take an hour. At 2:20 I checked on the progress, and was told they having even started yet, and she was mad that I expected them to be finished. It got worse from there. Would not go back if I have to deal with her.
First off, I'd like to say that I haven't had an eye exam in many years. I went to Attalla Walmart Vision Center for my exam and Dr. Clokey was excellent. I want to acknowledge the young lady, Kiwauna who assisted me in every step from picking out my frames to taking me to the final process of purchasing my two sets of glasses. Bertha Pacheco was absolutely amazing . I walked into the vision center today and she was so caring and thoughtful and went above and beyond to acknowledge us . She adjusted my glasses and had a bright vibrant spirit. Her attitude was everything ! So glad we walked in today and that we were served by her
If I could give them a zero I would. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance and they said yes, so I made an appointment. I drove 24 miles only to find out the Dr there does not accept my insurance. The lady said walmart does but the Dr doesn't. What good is that. What a waste of a trip on Saturday morning . This place has gone downhill. I was an established patient there. Not anymore.
I saw Dr Bui and was totally amazed at how kind and was very funny he explained everything to me and I was so very happy to be his patient I give this doctor 5 stars he is truly amazing I never had a optometrist explain things to me like he did
Initially, I wasn't excited that Walmart Vision Center was in my insurance network—until I met Dr. Oliver. She is knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated, ensuring my exam and lenses fit my needs perfectly. The staff are also courteous and helpful. I'm now glad Walmart Vision Center is included in my coverage.
