Everyone is very helpful, but when I was having problems with the sample contacts they are extremely lacking with returning your calls. I had to call several times over 4 to 5 days.

All of the staff was super helpful and welcoming and I received my glasses back in a week after my eye exam. I will absolutely continue going here.
My daughter suffered a cordial scratch and I was referred to this place for a follow up by urgent care. Well I went in and set the appointment for around 5 days later. Which in those days I received 2 calls confirming my appointment date and time.
