This is my first google review. I guess I know why they have a 3 star. I work in the same building this place is located. I went for my appointment paid $15 for my exam and $25 for my co pay for my glasses. They said they would be here in 2 weeks. I went back to check on them they said I wasn’t in the system. They all know me because like I said we all work in the same building. The girl that took care of me told them I wasn’t going to come back. Which is a lie, and she refused to speak to me. The doctor went through the entire exam and broke it down for me. I've been going to Walmart vision for years, I won't go anywhere else.
I made an appointment with them and handed them my insurance card when i did so, asking if they took my insurance. They went ahead and scheduled me so I assumed they did take my insurance. I waited for the appointment, drove to the appointment from the other side of town on my day off, got checked in, did the paperwork, and then they called me back.
