I could not do the dilation part of the exam at the time of my eye appointment. I was told I could come back and that my insurance would cover it, that was a lie. I was charged even though I asked before several times. Also, I had to listen to the Doctor and one of his employees argue which was very uncomfortable for me. Did not seem to bother either of them. Awkward ,I am not be going back.
I recently had my first ever eye exam at the Walmart Vision Center in Adrian, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Initially hesitant to choose Walmart, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was warmly greeted by Angie, the eye care specialist. What a difference in Doctors - worse exam ever!!
Dr VanOtteren the Optometrist on staff is wonderful! Super professional, kind and knows his profession. I can tell he's very experienced. Walmart is lucky to have him on their staff. Highly recommend him!
