Ordered glasses on 11/3/25. They were scheduled to be in within 7 days. They are still not in. Associate said some orders are from October are still not filled. They can give me no updates. They do not seem to care. One explanation I received was is ups plane crash delayed shipping. But they said they really have no explanation. Told me I should wait until Tuesday 11/25 and if they are not in they could try to reorder.
I have been going to Wal-Mart vision center for years and they are amazing they let you take your time picking frames and they help you if u need it I give them 5 stars
Brittany did an amazing job. She went above and beyond! Helped me with my new and old pair all on the same day!
Very rude customer service! Not helpful, told me everything i picked out wouldn't work!? I was ready to drop some good money on designer frames and she was not willing to do anything but tell me all the frames I liked wouldn't work! Horrible horrible horrible!
