Seriously disgusted! Terrible weather drove 45 mins...5 mins late doctor already gone for the day!!!! No one called to see if I was on my way! I work in medical this is unacceptable!!!!!! Will NEVER reschedule or recommend anyone to come here!
Ordered glasses on 11/3/25. They were scheduled to be in within 7 days. They are still not in. Associate said some orders are from October are still not filled. They can give me no updates. They do not seem to care. One explanation I received was is ups plane crash delayed shipping. But they said they really have no explanation. Told me I should wait until Tuesday 11/25 and if they are not in they could try to reorder.
I have been going to Wal-Mart vision center for years and they are amazing they let you take your time picking frames and they help you if u need it I give them 5 stars
Brittany did an amazing job. She went above and beyond! Helped me with my new and old pair all on the same day!
