We visited this Walmart Vision Center the other day. Had some questions about the contact lenses and was greeted promptly by Ms.Kim Jacobs. She was really nice and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up ordered our prescription there and was given all the details. We left and felt the whole process was very smoothly done and exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come back for all our prescription needs.
Kim and Nicole are amazing! Such professionalism! I would not even think to go somewhere else!
My wife and I both went there for glasses last week and the associates who helped us were terrific, so shout out to Nicole and Yanela for their great service
I've been trying to get used to and wear glasses for over 20 years. About 2 months ago I was finally able to get used to wearing them. I was wearing a pair made at the eye doctor and another I bought online. Between the two pairs I was able to get through the day, but neither was comfortable enough to keep on the entire day. I went in maybe 6 weeks ago and optician Kim was nice enough to adjust both pairs for me, even though neither pair was bought from the store.
