I called the Vision Center three times today around 12:00 p.m., and the woman answering the phone kept hanging up on me before I could make my appointment. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. Because of this, I was unable to schedule my appointment. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope the Vision Center addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.
Terrible customer service. I wanted a pair of Ray Bans and I was looking out front at a set for about 3 to 5 minutes. I didn't see anyone in the front so I casually walked to the doorway leading to the back and calmly asked if anyone was in the back. This lady threw a fit yelling "I was only back here for 10 seconds and you need to learn how to be patient!" We visited this Walmart Vision Center the other day. Had some questions about the contact lenses and was greeted promptly by Ms.Kim Jacobs. She was really nice and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up ordered our prescription there and was given all the details. We left and felt the whole process was very smoothly done and exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come back for all our prescription needs.
Kim and Nicole are amazing! Such professionalism! I would not even think to go somewhere else!
