I had a wonderful experience getting an eye exam with Dr. Kyung R. Hong at the Vision Center inside the Niles Walmart. Dr. Hong explained everything in detail with such patience and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can really feel the 30+ years of professional experience and genuine care for patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hong to anyone looking for an eye exam
Unfortunately I can't leave a positive review here. I like my glasses but the transition lenses are way way too sensitive. When I brought this to the attention of staff, they wouldn't change without an entirely new Rx, etc. This is after I had to return the lenses to them 3 times because of scratches that were made on the lenses evidently at the factor (or Nikon). So it's taken me 3 trips and 2 months to have WalMart optical repair. The people there are nice, but it's clear that they aren't able to listen to the customer and... read more
