I recently purchased a pair of glasses came home and the lens fell out. I took the glasses back and they informed me they cut them wrong they would order a new pair. Pick them up went home and noticed a piece of plastic flapping at the top of my frame. Took them back again and they fixed it. It was a 45-minute drive each way for me. I was never even given an apology. Very poor customer service will never go back
