Poor service went to buy just the frame like I have done many times before, (kids break glasses and I like having extra frame on hand to pop out the eye piece so I can put their prescriptions one in the non broken frame) was turned down immediately and was told they can't do that went to another walmart was able to buy frames.... you can buy the frames they just can't pop out the prescriptions one and put those in for you. Went to put money on my Cash App card like I have everyday for the past 6 months and they wouldn’t let me do it because I didn’t have a id now I’m a 17 year old that does not have a id yet and I’ve been doing this weekly this is how I pay my bills and now I have to find a different way to do so. Plus the lady that was taking care of it was outrageously rude and disrespectful WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN
I’ve been wearing glasses for 5 or 6 year’s! Had the best experience today i ever had… Every pair of glasses I’ve ever bought have been either to big or to small… Alicia hooked me up with the perfect fit, she’s very knowledgeable and friendly! I would rate it 10 stars if i could!
I highly recommend this Vision Center. Alicia assisted me with my purchase. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even assisted me in finding a frame that complimented my face shape. I was so impressed with her service, I bought two pairs! They also have a great warranty, the reason for my visit was bc my dog chewed my glasses, and they replaced the frames and the lenses, so I got a 3rd pair.
I went in to check on prices, and a young lady by the name of alicia help me out, was very professional and knowledgeable and help me pick out some Ray-Ban’s. She is bilingual . She should be a manger . I recommend family and friends to go there and get glass
