I always have knowledgeable, friendly help. The eye exam is very thorough
I called after 5 Monday to schedule an apt, was seen Tuesday, glasses came in Thursday. It was the quickest process I’ve ever been through for any type of service. The staff was great and I also got 35% off frames for purchasing 2. Will recommend and be back!
I went in today 11/11/24 for an eye exam to get lenses for frames that I had bought prior to this appointment. I was treated very poorly by one of the assistants there. She was one of the two ”older” ladies working there today. One had blonde/white hair and the other had darker hair and glasses. The darker haired one with glasses is the one I am referring to. I have been coming here for almost 26 years. My resent visit: Jessica went beyond to help me. She was awesome.
Not very helpful or professional. Refused to give me records of prior prescriptions.
