I got my Rayban meta 2's today . My glasses where 5 days late the staff member didn't have any knowledge of these frames or features such as lense swapping, by the way both lenses were scratched to hell on my new glasses. 👎🏾👎🏾 it was a bummer almost stand offish with this person.
I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out my glasses and really tried their best to make sure I was happy. You will always get a few people who write negative reviews that you just can’t make happy, but the staff here worked hard and provided great service. I also received both of my glasses very quickly.
IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR RATING THEY WOULD GET NEGATIVE 100. Update, I went in to get my glasses prescription, since I decided to get glasses also this year, as well as contacts to compare my prescription to the place I got a second option at because I could not see through either prescription walmart had me in, ok he had my contact and glasses prescription DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTIONS, AND FOR THE BIFOCAL, IT JUST SAYS ADD LOW...COULD NOT SEE OUT OF EITHER.
