I recently got my glasses from the Walmart Vision Care Center and had such a great experience. The staff was absolutely lovely from start to finish. It’s very easy to schedule appointments, and the eye doctor was kind, patient, and thorough. I have been going here for over 10 years I think now! Dr. Bacchus is AMAZING. She is the best eye doctor I've ever had. She is so professional, timely, and KIND. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She makes you feel calm and at ease. During the test, she is very generous with her time and patient when you want to see a slide more than a couple times. Her voice is so sweet and soothing. She knows her stuff and I really enjoy going to her! Seriously cannot recommend Dr. Bacchus enough!
Lindsey helped so much and was super helpful and tried her best to help out! she was amazing!
Brandon assisted me today and he was great! We was very attentive and make sure everything was taken care of. He made great conversation and overall made me feel comfortable as a customer! I appreciate as well that he took the time to break down the costs, the insurance break down which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for my vision needs!
