Apparently it says they're open on Sunday and when i got there it was closed. Very horrible place and I'll never visit again.
My glasses broke so I scheduled an appointment nearly a month ago. 2 days before the appointment they called me to tell me my new insurance is out of network. Ok. Not their fault. A heads up earlier would have been nice so I could have made new accommodations. I then asked the woman on the phone if I could atleast come get my prescription, so I could do something and get new glasses. She said absolutely. Highly do not recommend going here. They are very poor at helping when you have any problems at all.
Jessica in the vision center went above and beyond to help me, and everyone inside was kind, responsive, and quick. I can’t say e laugh how much I appreciate their help! Highly recommend
