Sylvia has worked there for years and if I could give a separate review for her it would be all 5 stars with nothing but good comments. The assistant in the Vision Center from scheduling, checkin, verifying insurance to initial testes was professional, polite and did great. DR. PAYNE (Fayetteville, GA) is the reason for the 1 star. I noticed upon arriving 45 minutes early (no one was ahead of me; Dr. Pay had me to still wait which was no problem for me) that she was on the phone. The doctor and the staff are all.so friendly, personable and professional. Not to mention, they're customers are so stylish...just look how fabulous they are! lol great vibes here.

Went for an eye exam. The staff were very friendly and the doctor was outstanding. First time visit went well!
