Sylvia has worked there for years and if I could give a separate review for her it would be all 5 stars with nothing but good comments. The assistant in the Vision Center from scheduling, checkin, verifying insurance to initial testes was professional, polite and did great. DR. PAYNE (Fayetteville, GA) is the reason for the 1 star. I noticed upon arriving 45 minutes early (no one was ahead of me; Dr. Pay had me to still wait which was no problem for me) that she was on the phone.
