Since there's not an update review, I will give my recent experience. To avoid future headaches, please avoid this location. I got an eye exam in Sept. 2024 and need to fax over my examinations to LensCraft. I called on Saturday at 4:26 pm. and spoke with a lady. I provided her the fax number, and she assured me it was sent over. I was on a cabin retreat when my right eye caught an infection. The staff and eye doctor was very kind and caring this is my second time going there and everyone was pleasant the eye glass place next door was very nice and helpful with info and picking out my frames
Seriously? I can’t get my paperwork because the doctor isn’t it? Where else do you get told you can’t get access to your records because the doctor isn’t in??? Complete garbage. Good luck getting better reviews when you perform at such a subpar level.
