The doc Jaclyn was awesome my daughter has ADHD and the doc was able to work with so well bestbive ever seen. I feel confident that my daughter has the right eye prescription thank you doc!
I've been using the vision center for years. Love it. Selection and prices can't be beat.
That darn receptionist! She is there right now. I called to see if I can pick up glasses today and her it comes the attitude, the harsh tone like someone punched her for an answer. She needs to work way behind the scenes. Customer service just isn't for her. I won't be going back or my kids.
While the actual optometrist is great and the exams are quick but thorough, you unfortunately have to go into the Vision Care area to purchase glasses/contacts. They are so unbelievably slow that after waiting almost 30 minutes and never even being spoken to by the single employee in the store, I got up and walked out. I'll just buy my products elsewhere.
Go to optical impressions in nexton!! The. Staff is amazing and is the only place to go! Don't waste your time at vision center.The worse customer service I've ever had in a eye center. The receptionist in the back is extremely unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment she was snobby. She acted aggressvated when I ask the store hours. She said it very fast.
