They ARE HORRIBLE. Customers service TERRIBLE
Went in because my vision changed in a year. I wear bifocals and sure enough it improved of all the years there. I was able to keep the new frames for a $10 and just purchase the lenses I needed with the improved visions. They fitted and cleaned them well and were very pleasant. I go to Dr. Robin McGee for years and she is located at the same place inside the Stone Mtn off Rockbridge Road store. Thanks.

It’s been over a year and every three months I Huallaga and I haven’t received my sons Medicaid glasses they tried to tell me that they call and we went over the glasses would not come which was a lie we went over that purchase glasses while waiting on the medication glasses now all of a sudden I have receipts stating they went there and purchased glasses there but they’re telling me one of my sons is not in the system which is crazy they’re twins and make the same appointment for both of them on the same day I literally hav... read more
