Best service i walked in and out quick there was a blonde lady that helped me with my glasses
A screw came loose on my sunglasses and Dale was able to fix it quickly and they are like new again! Thankfully it was free of charge, thanks Dale!
They need someone to answer the phone , goes to answering machine most of the time , The Insurance lady needs some training , Kept saying we didn’t have vision insurance , we called our Insurance they said we were covered tried to tell her that , she said she called them and was waiting on approval , we tried to give her authorization code but she didn’t want it , after days of playing the game she calls and said it was approved that the vision insurance had it under a different first name , we called insurance they had the ... read more
