The Vision Center ladies and the Doctor were very helpful in getting me a new prescription, glasses and contacts. They researched my insurance and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. I’m just a few days I will be seeing 20/20 and am so grateful for their professionalism and politeness.
The people that work here are so rude. Almost every one of them are rude and lazy. They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and spelled my name wrong on my prescription card. When I called to ask them about it the lady acted like I was such bother to her for calling. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I would give zero stars if I could.
Horrible service and we will never go back. Several attempts made for contact order status, no response. This went on for 7 weeks.
Very friendly. First time in a long time since I've used the eye center. I will be back more often.
