My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The young lady who helped me was very patient, an informative. I told her that I was leaving town and needed my order expedited. She came through for me and was just an absolute delight to work with
Terry was great! I went in and needed help with my glasses and Terry was super kind and helpful! 👍👍
Customer service was excellent. I brought my prescription in and an associate name Jackie helped my family and I out. Staffs were friendly. Would definitely come again.
So obviously they can't help someone with a health condition According to Ms Jackie..ridiculous
i have never experienced something so irritating in my life. i have made two appointments with select eye care. one in monroe and the other in loganville. the one in monroe was months prior to the situation i dealt with saturday. Both times they told me they couldn’t verify my insurance. i called after making the most recent appointment to have them go ahead and run my insurance so we wouldn’t run into the issue again. during that call they said everything was fine. show up for appointment and i got the same answer once agai... read more
