Worst customer service at the vision center. I bought a pair of glasses. They supposed were mistakenly sent to the wrong store by the lab. So delay. Then they were supposedly lost. Further delay. So I had to restart the whole process again. Dragged on. No partial reimbursement or discount offered or given. Waste of my time to make many calls and visits to vision center. Employees were more interested in signing a birthday card for another employee than providing customer service. Highly do NOT recommend.
