I have had many problems. I just called and the left me on hold for over 20 minutes. The doctor is super nice. The ladies at the vision center and rude and short 80% of the time. At least 3 or 4 times ordering my contacts they forgot to order them or never told me they came in until I called, or were out of stock which isn’t their fault, but there is always something.
The lady that did my paperwork with me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She decided to take the personal info I put down on my intake paperwork to make fun of me in the public waiting room for not having an emergency contact. Said, “wow, that’s not good. You really need to work on that.” Work on what???? My parents are addicted to pain medication because doctors overprescribed them medication so, it sounds like she wants me to work on getting her fired to improve the healthcare system. Had a wonderful experience there, today. I was helped by Lisa, who so kindly adjusted my glasses! Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely recommend!!
I have been there three times in two weeks TRYING to buy contacts and they sit down and try to make sales so I walk out each time. I literally told her I just want my precision 1 contacts. Please sell me. Box now. Nope.
I got excellent care and service from Dr. Vincent, Lisa, Deb and Mary. Some of the best care I’ve ever gotten from an optometrist, and glasses purchase. Highly recommend!! Thanks Dr. Vincent, Mary, Lisa and Deb!
