Whoever answers calls there needs to go. Extremely unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Been going there for almost a decade an I’m cancelling tomorrows appointment due to the ladies answering the phone.
I think some of the lower reviews are more due to the staffing problems we have That are typicalin Evergreen Colorado. They don’t have enough people for the phones. But as far as the glasses center, and Vision, they have always been incredibly kind and gone above and beyond for me. I’m not saying the other reviews are false, but I can only say that my experience has been nothing but really really good. Nicole and her group are very patient with all of my requests.
