Have received professional and personal service from EVERY staff member that I've encountered the last two years! On Memorial Day, Gianni went far beyond any reasonable expectations. My glasses broke the night before and Gianni was both creative and committed in coming up with a "Plan B". His efforts enabled me to "see" my way through the day and avoid having to delay a road trip!! Thank you Gianni.....and Team Walmart Optical!!!
Very well qualified personnel helped me with the purchase of my glasses. the complex prescription was handled well . The delivery was smooth and the technicians spent the time to perfect the fit and wearabiliity of my new glasses This was all done for a fair price.
