There is one person there I trust, Gianni! He is the best. He is so helpful where others there can be rude and disrespectful. I have had some pretty major mistakes made by the other workers, and every time, Gianni makes it better. I am talking multiple mistakes. Each time, Gianni has made it right. Without Gianni, I would give no stars.

I ordered glasses to be shipped to another Walmart vision center got poor customer service that they received the glasses at this Walmart on Nogales Highway on Monday Tuesday. I called about my glasses. They said they had been shipped three days later. I called back. They said oh no, they’re still here will ship them right out called this morning Tuesday April 7. They were just shipped yesterday. Very poor customer service. I’m really disappointed. I’ve been doing business with them for two years and this is not good.

This location used to be easy to order contacts from. I've called 3 times this week, and each time I've been told to call back, and everytime I call back Melissa tells me the same thing. I asked this time to take my name and number to call me when she was available for an order, and I get told I hope I can give you a call back. It takes less than 5 minutes to pull my chart up and order the contacts. When I ask if it would be better for me to come into the store, the answer was yes. The doctor (Dr. Li) is amazing! Very professional and personal to my care. A shout out to Gionnai for friendly service. They were very busy but still acknowledged customers walking in to say they would be with them shortly. That goes a long way to make folks feel welcome while they wait. Thanks Gionnai for taking care of me!
