As someone who has never before used Walmart for glasses (I’m a LensCrafters girl), I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received during my trip to pick out frames that were covered under my insurance. I did not have my eye exam done there, so I can’t offer any insight into what it’s like. However, I can say that the ladies helping me with my glasses were very polite and professional. Accidentally called here and Shay still helped me out with my eyecare questions and was so patient eventho I dont live in the area! Pleas give her a raise!
My daughter and I both went in for exams today. Not only was he extremely patient with my daughter, but he thoroughly explained everything to us regarding his decisions and what to keep an eye on with our daughter. We will definitely be using Dr Williams from now on!
