Would give zero stars!!! Went in for a basic adjustment and they completely ruined my glasses. The employee bent the frames unevenly, made one side shorter, and reshaped the front so they now curve around my face (which they were NOT designed to do). My vision is now distorted, with constant reflections and dizziness. This was careless and completely unacceptable. My glasses were fine before—now they’re unusable. Do not trust this place with your glasses! They also cause lots of ear pain!
Terrible communication and even worse customer service! I wish I could leave negative stars. Save your time and go elsewhere.
I have been wearing glasses for over 70 years, & have trifocals with an extra "bump up" for sewing. The technician was very snippy with me & adjusted my glasses, leaving terrible sore places above my ears; when I went back she readjusted so that my glasses were too far away from my face & out of range for clear vision. I went elsewhere for a much better adjustment!
Miss Carol did a phenomenal job helping me replace my broken frames. She was very professional, friendly and super quick! 5 Stars!!! Thank you again :)
