I had a great experience at the Bremen Walmart Vision Center. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The optometrist was professional, thorough with the exam, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I bought glasses here around February 2025. In March I called and asked about a blurry spot that wouldn’t clean off. They told me that I wasn’t cleaning them correctly. I only cleaned them with the cleaner that they sell in the department. I have worn glasses for 20 years and know how to clean them. Yesterday I made the time to go get them looked at and the lady said the finish on the lenses was coming off, but since i didn’t buy protection that there was nothing they could do.
