The staff used to be friendly and so helpful in person and over the phone, I do not know what has happened. I called to order some replacement lens (like I have done multiple times over the years of business my father and I have used them) and they stated that they simply don't do that without measuring my glasses. However they have ordered replacement frames for me over the phone before. They told me I had to have them measured unlike when I had them done under warranty. Do not waste time or money at this facility smh when you come In with emergency they cannot squeeze you in really makes me wonder when they took other to be a opticians
