I have gotten so many glasses here and each time I try to give the benefit of the doubt that they had. A hard day which would explain the nasty tone to the voices, but now I am at the point of the workers here BESIDES a young man with glasses are miserable. I work within a healthcare practice multiple different places over 16 years and I never treat someone the way these ladies do. Had an unpleasant experience here. There was an older woman, young woman and a young guy. The only one who treated me nicely was the young guy. The older woman started off by making a rude remark to another employee about a guy who spoke spanish. People who have issues with spanish speaking people usually have issue with all kinds of people - so who knows - perhaps that was the problem. The older lady with glasses was completely rude with her customer service. So rude that my youngest son said dad why did she speak to you in that way. I Will never buy, recommend or come back to this vision department ever again.
