Staff was very professional and helpfully, they made sure the frames fit me and my prescription was correct.
Dr. Pappas and Mara are a fantastic team. My family is always taken care of and has been for years. Milly in the vision center was so kind and helpful while being the only staff member on the floor. Very grateful for her assistance
I've been seeing Dr Pappas for several years now and it's always been amazing. He's an incredible doctor and deserves all the praise. However, after the treatment I received today from the receptionist Danielle I will be taking my eye care needs elsewhere. The way she speaks negatively about other clients in front of clients, her complete lack of professionalism, her poor attitude, her use of sarcasm, and more. It's distasteful to say the least. This glasses store can only fill your glasses prescription on mon - thur. This means the other days they're open, fri and sat, this glasses store cannot sell you glasses and full your prescription. Nothing short of moronic to be open for business yet can't do your primary business of sell people glasses for a glasses store.
