Firstly, I'd like to integrate I HATE picking out frames. Glasses shopping is right up there with going to the dentist. Usually, I go to VisionWorks; however, this year I was on a time crunch so went to Walmart. However, after this visit my loyalties have shifted. Melissa (the manager over the optical department) seriously should consider different profession. I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. She told me if I wasn't happy then I should go to Lens Crafters. They screwed up on 2 pairs of glasses which had to be shipped back to the lab. I never knew when you buy a pair of ray bans you get Walmart lenses. According to her "everyone knows that".. Well, I didn't... And the lens looked nothing like the ones I thought I was buying.
