I don't have an optometrist I pay over $180 to my glasses I show up in an hour before they close nobody's here
Melissa (the manager over the optical department) seriously should consider different profession. I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. She told me if I wasn't happy then I should go to Lens Crafters. They screwed up on 2 pairs of glasses which had to be shipped back to the lab. I never knew when you buy a pair of ray bans you get Walmart lenses. According to her "everyone knows that".. Well, I didn't... And the lens looked nothing like the ones I thought I was buying. 1. The dr is never there, so my fiancé couldn’t ever pick up his actual script. 2. The dr wasn’t friendly , at all. 3. My fiancé’s and my own prescription wasn’t correct AT ALL. We ended up going to Cecil Eye in town and they got us fitted into the correct prescription. The other employees in there are friendly and great, but for the exam , i would take caution.
