Yep so don't get contacts from here.. went for an eye exam and they gave me the wrong prescription. I told them my vision was blurry with the contacts they gave me and they told me to "give them a week to settle in"
Crystal and the team at Walmart vision and glasses made me cry. I had recently flown back from California after receiving my new contacts and lost one of them. I went to ShopKo and they have no contacts in store. I went to Walmart vision and Crystal, the vision store manager, went above and beyond and called every single place in town with contacts and asked if they had my prescription in stock. Too opinionated and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Visit Shopko Optical, just down the road from Walmart, for employees that care and want what’s BEST for you!
JUST DON'T. Paid for an eye exam/lenses/ and contacts out of pocket and was given the wrong prescription. Told them right away the one eye was off and I wasn't seeing correctly. The manager asked me what I would like to do about it. Uhhh? I would like the doctor to check the prescription again? Doctor says it's fine but they do a little tweak. New lenses are ordered. So, my service was great and pretty quick too but I was the only one there. I was treated decent and everyone seemed friendly. Except for the fact that when the 3 people working there including the doctor, were all snickering and giggling about my name and making jokes thinking they were being quiet. Now I've heard my fair share growing up of course, but for 30-40yr old adults to be acting like middle schoolers was a huge disappointment.
