If you buy glasses from them within a year and they break they won't honor fixing it for you. The glasses came defective considering the arm pulls right off the hinge, and glasses don't break that way, they either bend or fully break, not slide off the hinge with ease. It's about warranty, if a customer buys something expensive from y'all and it breaks within a year it should just be fixed plain and simple.
I've been bringing my entire family to see Drs. Brian and Sue Kindel for over 13 years. We see both of them depending on our schedule and have always been impressed with the quality of care from both them and their office team. Highly recommend this practice!
Staff is super friendly, helpful and they truly care. They took the time to listen to me after I had a bad experience at Clarkson(they gave me a horribly wrong prescription). Dr. Kindel took time and was patient with me in getting the correct prescriptions. She actually listened to me and help tailor to my specific work needs. I got my new glasses and they are perfect! No more eye strain and headaches. I won't go anywhere else 10/10 experience.

I spent about $500 on new prescription glasses. When I went to pick them up, I had to wait for the worker to get off her cell phone while I stood there. Then she wouldn't do a quit vision check to make sure the prescription was correct. Sad state of affairs. I guess I'll be using lense crafters from now on.
