Lenses came from optical outlet at the mall the frames were garbage three different times three different sets of frames I have broken optical outlet does not guarantee their frames no matter the time that they break after going to optical outlet to buy a pair of replacement frames the receptionist said they did not do that but that I could sign in and talk to a sales rep about replacing the glasses so I signed in sit down called Walmart Lisa in the vision center told me they may be able to match the frames up if I wanted to... read more
Dr. Nita Thakor is amazing!! She is super sweet and professional, also efficient without rushing. Great price for the eye exam if you don't have insurance and need to pay cash. All the other ladies are super sweet and helpful too!
Always buy my frames here !! Screw comes out in parking lot so I go in to get a new screw and they tell me they cant even fix them because they have nobody that is licensed!! So im supposed to drive without my glasses because u cant fix them 🤦♀️
From start to finish , it was a great experience getting my glasses at the Lake City Vision Center. All of the staff is courteous and professional. Carla was exceptional!!! I had a couple of concerns after I got my glasses and Carla resolved both situations to my satisfaction!
Last time I was there a few years ago I payed for a eye exam they did the first test then asked me if I had any changes since my last exam I said yes I had floaters in my left eye and a blurred vision .I sat with the options she said without giving me the eye exam I had a detached retina and referred me to a opthalmology Dr and gave me my money back I guess you can say she had 20/20 vision and exray vision. NO DETACHED RETINA..
