I have had glasses for 20+ years and have never had trouble with several Drs and several prescriptions. I recently went to an eye doctor in Effingham that I had never been to before. The only reason I went there was because it was recommended by my insurance as a premier location, I had my exam and the new glasses came in about 3 weeks later. The doctor was pleasant and professional. One of the staff who helped me with my glasses totally screwed it up. I needed bifocals and she measured wrong and they where right in the middle of the lense. So almost 2 weeks later I still don't have my glasses. There was no offer to expedite them. Very disappointed.
Unorganized with rude staff who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Save yourself time and a headache......GO TO MT. VERNON!!!!!
Dr. Arce and her staff were amazing. She gave me the most thorough exam I've had in years and they were all really nice. I highly recommend Dr. Arce and her staff at the Salem, IL Walmart Vision Center
