The employees here were so helpful and kind to us. They took extra time to help and offered several options. We were very impressed!
Wildly incompetent and disrespectful staff. Went in July for a new contact prescription, and they gave me a glasses prescription instead. Went back and got my contact prescription and got that sorted out. Decided to order glasses a couple months later and realized the prescription was completely inaccurate. Called to see if I could get my prescription over the phone and was put on hold for a few minutes because the lady said she was the only one there. That was fine. Dr. Morrow and all of the staff are kind, patient and informative!
The Dr and associates are fantastic!! The ladies went out of their way to make sure we were charged appropriately for copays. The billing dept however, is a different story. I am currently fighting with them. I can't fault the people at the store for their billing dept. Because of the billing dept we will not be returning to Walmart Vision.
