1 star. Dave was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even look at me while talking—just sat in his chair staring off into the distance. When I asked for info on another location, he said, “That’s not part of my job description” and told me he was too lazy to help. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable service. This was on Friday May 16 1:30PM

This doctor needs social skills. You feet he can’t wait to get rid of you!! I prefer to pay little more and be treated with respect.
Honestly, the only reason I’m leaving 1 star is because the lady who ended up submitting the order for the glasses was very nice. I was accompanying a relative with a language barrier and the dude (I don’t believe he deserves the title of gentleman) stated that because my relative didn’t speak English well (even though I was there to translate), he couldn’t conduct a field exam. I later spoke to the eye doctor and he denied such fact and made the dude do the field exam anyways. I’m not a lawyer, but it should be illegal to d... read more
