i have been seeing Dr Paul for the past few months about an eye infection. on my last visit, the nurse never called the prescription in for my eye drops, and it's been two weeks and the doctor has never returned a phone call. i have gone up there and the door is locked. it makes me so mad that he doesn't care enough to take 2 min and return a phone call. the woman working for him needs to be FIRED immediately.
Good morning, I am writing to formally cancel my eye exam appointment due to the poor service I received. I arrived 4 minutes early for my appointment, greeted the staff, and was completely ignored. I waited more than 5 minutes without receiving any explanation, guidance, or basic courtesy. Due to the complete lack of communication and professionalism, I decided to leave. This type of service does not meet the minimum standards of customer care, and therefore I will not be proceeding with the appointment
Imagine you work for the company and every time you come in this store it’s always a problem with money services, how my name is spelled, they never know how to solve a problem and the manager is so sweet and yet still nasty! I brought my prescription into Walmart from another doctor. They showed me some frames and show me just the basic lenses and I got out for $62. I required bi-focals so for the exam, frames, bifocal lenses $62 wasn't a bad deal actually it is dirt cheap. Thanks Walmart vision staff. Thanks for all y'all's help
