The website says they close at 7pm and nothing about needing an appointment to look at glasses. I arrived at 6 and the RUDE lady told me to look at the sign posted as she just sat there doing nothing and then got an attitude with me when I mentioned online. I will never spend my money at the Mayfield heights Walmart again!
I have used their services several times and took my father there as well. They have very competitive pricing. Sometimes you do have to be patient and wait, because there are only two people working and one may be on break, but they are extremely kind people. I"m sorry I"m not remembering our person's name...Deanna? Anyhow, my mother who has dementia was being a miserable and uncooperative pain until she came out and then mom was all sweetness and Deanna managed the situation beautifully. Hands down worst service I have ever experienced. Creepy old guys that clearly don’t know what they are doing. I would say you get what you pay for, but the cheaper places are much more competent. I had to get a new prescription done because they did the wrong measurements .
