Came here to pick up a new Rayban Meta Gen 2 prescription glasses. Was a pleasant experience. Deb was a great person who contacted my insurance provider for me to see what my vision insurance covers. Allison is very knowledgeable about what lenses and frames work together. Submitted my order on the 2nd was given a 10th delivery date and was provided tracking info and update messages. I have had numerous eye exams in my life. I am almost 68 years old. By far and I mean BY FAR...the best eye exam I have ever received came from the Washington, Illinois Walmart! The employees there gave me a personal, professional exam 2nd to NONE. They have real feeling's for your eye health and the patient! You will not leave unsatisfied! FORGET the eye exam providers that treat you like you are on a conveyor belt service and not an individual !
Dr. Wilshire is excellent! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to work with you to get the perfect vision with your glasses and contacts. I was getting an eye exam for glasses and contacts. The staff was great as well, finding out exactly when and how I use my glasses vs the contacts to make sure I have the right type of prescription for my needs. They also took the time to run all the different options with my insurance to see which would be the best rate for everything. Highly recommended!
All I wanted was a pair of glasses (sun and transitional) and told the doc to set my magnification at my current set of glasses. But no, she insisted that I try a new setting. Lo and behold - couldn't see up close or far away. They then ordered a new set at supposedly the current one. Long story short - go to Costco
